Healing Hope: Through and Beyond Cancer

Over the course of eight months, I worked closely with Dr. Harpham to create 55 original illustrations to accompany the written aphorisms of Healing Hope—Through and Beyond Cancer. Our objective was to design relatable images that were age, gender, and ethnic-neutral, portraying the heart of each message in an uplifting yet realistic manner.

In addition to the developing the art, I was responsible for cover and logo design, typesetting, and preparing the book for self-publishing.

As the illustrator for my book, Healing Hope, Emma understood my vision for the project. From her font choices to her distinctive figures, she gave visual clarity to complex ideas and subtle emotions, bringing my passion project to life.
